Great price, great massage!

Great place to get a massage the ladies are professional and they have care and concern with your personal needs.I go once a week to get a good massage .There is no other place that compares to Panda massage in my book.

On Thursday, November 11, 2025, I called Panda Massages to schedule a 1-hour deep tissue massage at 11 am PST, which was accommodated. However, due to personal reasons, I had to reschedule to 11:30 am PST. Upon arrival at 11:30 am PST, I had paid $70 in cash up front for the 1-hour Deep Tissue mentioned above. Everything goes the way I usually do when I get a massage. But after about 30 minutes, a few other customers entered the facility, and my masseuse left the room and greeted them. When she returned, she asked me if it was okay if she could finish and that the 70 dollars I had paid earlier would now be counted as 50 dollars for a 30 minute deep tissue massage and 20 dollars for her tip. I was very dissatisfied with this situation, but as a First Time customer experience, I felt not valued and not compelled to return to this facility, and, naturally, I decided to leave at this time. In terms of the provided massage service, the masseuse is very powerful and performed a good 30 minutes out of a total of 60 minutes of deep tissue massage. However, due to poor customer service, as mentioned earlier, I will opt for better massage services in the Tustin area.

Great massage for the price. Place was nice and clean. Back was super tight and the massage (walking on it too) helped loosen it up. Tina, I believe her name was, did a great job.

I've had massages from both Tina & Kiki. EXCELLENT! My lower back, shoulder, and feet had a lot of pain and tightness.
